Dogggo – Terms, Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Dogggo is a digital platform operated in Portugal that connects pet owners ('Pet Owners') with animal service professionals ('Pet Professionals').
2. Platform Usage
Registration is required to use Dogggo services. Users can create personal profiles and/or service advertisements according to their selected profile. Dogggo does not perform, intermediate, or assume responsibility for payments or the quality of services provided.
3. Conduct and Content
All users commit to:
- Use appropriate language.
- Not publish inappropriate, offensive, or illegal images or content.
Dogggo reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Dogggo is not responsible for any losses, damages, or conflicts arising from interaction between users, namely from the provision or absence of provision of services contracted through the platform.
5. Account Suspension and Closure
Accounts may be suspended or deleted in cases of:
- Fraud, bad faith, or fraudulent practices.
- Publication of content that violates platform rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The brand, logo, design, and other elements of Dogggo are the exclusive property of the platform. Content published by users is their responsibility.
7. Terms Updates
Dogggo may update these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be communicated by email and/or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
Dogggo is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Personal data collected (name, email, location, animal information) is used exclusively to:
- Manage user accounts.
- Enable contact between Pet Owners and Pet Professionals.
- Send communications about platform updates.
We do not share data with third parties without user consent, except when required by law. Users can at any time request:
- Access, correction, or deletion of their data.
- Information about the processing of their data.
9. Applicable Legislation
These Terms and Privacy Policy are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the court of the district where Dogggo is domiciled will have jurisdiction.
